Why do we not stick together?
Why do we compete against each other?
Why do we not give props when props are due?
Why do we not seek advice from each other, in fear that we'll be exposed in thinking the other is great at what they do?
Admit it or not, these are some of the common problems that can hinder a woman's growth. Sometimes they are conscious and sometimes subconscious but needless to say they are prevalent in the way we relate to each other.
